Virgo Multi-Purpose Ventilator

Virgo can be freely sized as a standalone ventilation unit. Over 60 tested sizes are available for applications compliant with EN 12101-2; custom sizes tailored to specific projects can also be provided upon request.

Rain-Proof Ventilation (PRV) ensures reliable, weather-independent ventilation—whether the sun is shining or it’s raining. In good weather, air exchange takes place over a large area through the horizontal opening. This achieves a particularly high airflow rate and supports efficient room ventilation. As soon as it starts to rain, the horizontal opening closes and the weather-protected side louvers open to take over the ventilation function. This ensures that air exchange continues while reliably preventing rain from entering. With Rain-Proof Ventilation, the Vigo multi-purpose ventilator offers an intelligent solution for continuous, safe, and weather-independent ventilation—for an optimal indoor climate in any weather.

The optional insect screen systems are specifically designed for hygienically sensitive applications and can be seamlessly integrated into Virgo. They can be removed and reinserted without tools, which significantly simplifies cleaning and allows for quick retrofitting.

In addition to CE approval, Virgo, as a pneumatic smoke and heat exhaust system, has VdS system and device approval. In addition to proven compressed air technology, Virgo is also available with modern 24V technology. When designing smoke and heat exhaust systems, we take into account all applicable standards, including DIN 18232, VdS guidelines, and the Industrial Building Code.
