Musca Ventilation Sash for Glasline Glass Roof Systems

The Musca ventilation sash complements the Glasline continuous rooflight with an elegant ventilation and smoke and heat exhaust solution. With impressive dimensions of up to 5.25 m² per sash and a sleek design, Musca combines functionality and aesthetics. As a single sash, it is suitable for monopitch, gable, and shed roofs with a pitch of up to 60°; the double sash achieves particularly high exhaust rates for flat monopitch roofs.

The Musca ventilation panel integrates seamlessly and flush with the Glasline glass roof system, impressing with its sleek, elegant design. This harmonious integration creates a clean, uninterrupted glass appearance without any distracting breaks.

Ventilation & Smoke Exhaust – Electrically Controlled

Fresh air at the touch of a button: Thanks to its chain motor or linear drive, Musca provides convenient, electrically controlled ventilation—ideal for daily use and seamlessly integrated into modern building management systems. In addition, Musca is certified as a qualified smoke extraction system in accordance with DIN EN 12101-2.

A wide variety of models

Musca is available as a single-flap model for single-slope, saddle, and shed roofs with a pitch of up to 60°. For particularly high aerodynamic exhaust performance, Musca is also available as a double-flap model. This version is suitable for installation pitches of up to 30° and is therefore particularly well-suited for low-slope single-slope roofs. With Musca, you can implement custom-fit solutions for a wide variety of roof geometries.

Optional with Passive House certification

Musca is available to order in Passive House standard, thereby meeting the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability. With the verified Passive House certification for the Glasline post-and-beam system, the entire skylight system can be constructed to this standard.
