Control Technology

Our control technology enables precise and convenient control of wastewater treatment and ventilation systems—whether pneumatic or electric.

Convenient ventilation and heat dissipation at the touch of a button

INDU LIGHT’s control technology enables convenient ventilation and effective heat dissipation at the touch of a button—either via compressed-air-controlled CO₂ systems or modern 24-V electric drives. The system is easy to maintain, flexibly expandable, and can be easily adapted to changing usage requirements.

For continuous daily ventilation, our CE-certified NRA units with 24-V technology can be controlled directly—without the need for an additional motor.

Pneumatically controlled (CO₂) or electrically controlled system (24 V)

All INDU LIGHT SHEV units—from skylight dampers to louvered ventilators—can be operated using our state-of-the-art control technology. Depending on project requirements, pneumatic CO₂ systems or electrically controlled 24V solutions are available, either centrally via a control panel or decentrally via DSE technology. The 24V systems, in particular, offer precise, convenient operation that can be optimally controlled at all times.

Easy maintenance and system expansion / change of use

The 24V systems are highly versatile—ideal for buildings with high ventilation requirements or adjustable airflow velocities. Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be quickly expanded or adapted to new operating conditions. Smoke detectors, wind and rain sensors, and ventilation buttons can be optionally integrated into all variants (pneumatic, centralized electric, or decentralized electric). Furthermore, connection to the building’s existing building management system (BMS) is easily possible.

Pneumatic (CO₂) or electrically controlled (24V)

Pneumatic (CO2)

In the compressed-air-powered pneumatic control system, dampers and louvers are controlled from a central control panel via compressed-air lines. Ventilation control is managed via separate motor lines.

Electrically controlled (24V)

The central electrical control system is suitable for small to medium-sized systems. All cables are routed to a central location. The system can be configured with multiple smoke and heat exhaust lines and ventilation groups. The module control system is individually programmable.

Decentralized electrical system (24V)

Decentralized electrical control is suitable for medium-sized to large systems. In this case, an RPV automatic system can be used for rain-proof ventilation. The DZS (decentralized control unit) is positioned close to each smoke and heat exhaust ventilation unit (SHEVU). Due to the short cable runs, a smaller cable cross-section can be selected. The individual DZS units are networked with each other via a bus line. This solution is ideal for installation in multiple smoke and heat exhaust ventilation lines and ventilation groups.
