Your responsibilities:
- Support our staff in day-to-day IT operations as well as upcoming projects, helping to ensure smooth operations by resolving IT-related issues.
- You will be responsible for analyzing incidents and service requests and developing smart solutions
- Assist with and contribute to handling user inquiries and creating entries in the service management system
- You will take responsibility for applications, services, and the provision of the necessary equipment

- Have experience working with Windows operating systems and MS Office
