Your Responsibilities
- Organizing and assigning work orders within the shift, taking into account priorities and deadlines
- Active participation in production, as well as setting up and operating our machines according to parts lists and drawings
- Coordinating and supporting employees within the shift
- Managing material requirements, production times, and workflows, including digital documentation
- Inspecting the manufactured products and ensuring compliance with our quality standards
- Operating CNC-controlled machines
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in an industrial-technical or skilled trades field, as well as experience in production
- Ideally, experience in processing aluminum profiles and operating machinery
- Technical understanding and proficiency in working with parts lists and technical drawings
- Responsible, reliable, and meticulous work ethic, along with a commitment to quality
- Friendly, collegial, and assertive demeanor, as well as willingness to work two shifts
A plus: Forklift operator’s license
