Your Responsibilities
- Independently preparing quotes in consultation with the team leader
- Creating customer orders and preparing order confirmations
- Continuously monitoring calculated project costs
- Preparing interim and final invoices, tracking payment receipts
- Maintaining data in the ERP system
- Customer correspondence via phone and email
Your Profile
- Completed training as an industrial clerk
- Professional experience in internal sales
- Good basic technical understanding
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with ERP systems
- Independent, reliable, and organized work style
- Friendly and collegial demeanor
