Your Responsibilities
- Processing customer inquiries regarding the repair and maintenance of daylighting systems and smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) systems
- Calculating customized quotes for a wide range of smoke and heat exhaust ventilation products and daylighting systems
- Technical specification and digital entry of incoming orders
- Purchasing and ordering spare parts from our own production and from external suppliers
Your Profile
- Technical and/or business training or a Bachelor of Arts degree in a construction-related field
- Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the daylighting and smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) industry or related trades on flat roofs
- Strong technical understanding Enjoy working with customers, take initiative, and have a strong service orientation
- Independent, reliable, and structured work style
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with ERP systems
