Your Responsibilities
- Reporting key performance indicators for the entire corporate group
- Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
- Preparing variance analyses, cost control, and post-project cost calculations
- Supporting the group’s financial accounting department
- Assisting with the preparation of all financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the consolidation process
- Administration of analysis and planning systems
- Preparing decision-making documents for management
- Process optimization and collaboration on digitalization projects in accounting
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or commercial training with additional specialized training
- Initial experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Proficiency with IT and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
- A systematic, results-oriented approach to work
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for communicating at all levels of the company
